We used to offer a product suitable for smaller deals ($100K to $1M). It involved acquiring shelf corporations, with credit lines in place.

Unfortunately, we found this program to be long on promise, and short on delivery, so we dropped it from our lineup.

The internet being what it is, however, there are still some people who find an old web page offering this deal. If that is how you found us, I apologize.

We do not have any programs available which use these Shelf Corporations to generate small loans or lines of credit.
